When Jack is around, it is always time for a party. On the 4th of July he arrived at the El Dorado County picnic grounds to stake out a site for the CCL annual "4th of July Picnic". (Editor's note: Word has it that the "4th of July Picnic" will now be coupled with the annual "Davies Family Goodbye Luncheon")
